It took more than 5 years and thousands of hours of research and testing to create the Weight JAM Program.
We interviewed hundreds of overweight people who had been unsuccessful in losing and maintaining their desired weight. To better understand the causes of failed weight loss, we even lived among many of those who recently underwent bariatric surgery.
We also interviewed those who had obtained lasting results in their weight loss journeys. We sought out those practices, whether familiar or not, that had been successfully applied.
We researched almost every mainstream weight loss program to understand the myriad claims, misrepresentations and complicated formulas they promoted.
We actually participated in many of the programs to better understand the deficiencies.
We tested our initiative, listened to the participants and refined our approach until we felt we had created the best and most realistic weight loss program available.
